MEASUREMENTS FOR ORDERING

Size "A" Across the coachroof

corner to corner in a straight line

boom (usually only required on cruisers up to 7.5 mts)
With the boom in the normal sailing position take the measurement
between the underside of the boom and the corner of the coachroof |

FITTING THE FRAMES |

Lay the frames still folded onto the coachroof so that they just
cover the aft edge of the hatch when it is fully open and mark the position
of the deck fittings. |

Open up the frames and insert the longest adjustable stay between
the two top frames
Adjust to the measurements
sent with the kit
Insert the front adjustable stay between the deck frame and the
front top frame. If this frame is too long it can be reduced by cutting the
inner 3/4 tube.

Prop up the deck frame so that it clears the hatch and lines by
about 40mm (1 1/2”)
Adjust the front stay so that the top stay is parallel to the coachroof

FITTING THE COVER
Attach the cover to the frames ensuring that the cover is central on the
frames. |

. Adjust, so that the top of the sprayhood is parallel to the coach roof.

Fit the deck frame supports either side of the hatch slides
|
 |
|
The cover can be attached to coachroof by turnbuttons, press studs or
lift the dot fasteners.
This customer chose press studs on blocks.
We usually supply turnbuttons as standard. |
